Laboratory Technician Level 6 Apprenticeship

Two year programme - Laboratory Technician Level 6 programme:

Job profile:
The Laboratory Technician apprentice will be responsible for carrying out basic laboratory duties that may include sample collection, equipment calibration, solution preparation, stock control and glassware maintenance while conducting basic physical and analytical testing methods on raw materials, in-process or finished product. All work to be conducted and recorded in accordance with good laboratory practices.

· The next Laboratory Apprenticeship intake is set for the 1st September 2020 in Waterford Institute of Technology and the 2nd September 2020 in TU Dublin.
· Intake for Limerick Institute of Technology and Cork Institute of Technology is to be confirmed.
